What does The Ritual™ filter out?

The Ritual™ is designed to reduce chlorine and harsh mineral contaminants that strip your skin barrier and dull your hair with every shower. It works at the source — before water ever touches your skin.

 

Who designed The Ritual™?

The Ritual™ was designed by Britt LeBlang, a licensed esthetician with over a decade of experience. After watching clients spend thousands on skincare with disappointing results, she traced the problem back to their water — and built the solution.

 

Will it fit my shower?

Yes. The Ritual™ fits any standard shower arm in minutes — no plumber, no tools needed. Just twist on and experience the difference.

 

How often do I need to replace the filter?

We recommend replacing your AutoRitual™ filter every 90 days for optimal performance. Your first filter is included free with every showerhead purchase.

 

What water pressure can I expect?

Full, spa-level pressure. The Ritual™ never compromises water pressure for filtration. You get both.

 

Will I notice a difference right away?

Most customers notice a difference in how their skin and hair feel within the first few showers. Softer skin, less irritation, and hair that your stylist will notice.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all US orders.

 

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 1-3 business days. US delivery typically takes 3-7 days from shipment.

 

How do I track my order?

Your tracking number will be emailed to you 2-3 days after your order is placed. You can track your order at any time using the link in your confirmation email.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Changes and cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing support@cloakandsage.com. We cannot modify orders that have already shipped.

 

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us at support@cloakandsage.com and we'll make it right.

 

Something arrived wrong or damaged — what do I do?

We're so sorry. Email us at support@cloakandsage.com with a photo and your order number and we'll resolve it within 24 hours.
